My name is Kristian Andrews, I’m 24 and I live in Penzance, Cornwall.
I grew up in and around Glastonbury studying Graphic Design, Art and Photography at both school and college. I moved to Cornwall in 2005 to go to University. After a fantastic three years, I graduated in 2008 with a 2:1 BA(Hons) Degree in Graphic Design from University College Falmouth.
My love for Cornwall has steadily grown over the years and when it came time to move on from Falmouth to London, my original plan, I found I couldn’t leave the county! So here I am, still living in this glorious place, and making a go of working here too!
The decision to work freelance wasn’t an easy one; weighing up the security and regular wage of a studio job, versus the freedom and versatility of working for myself, was a very difficult choice. It has thankfully turned out to be the correct path; working directly with a wide range of people on varied and exciting projects is extremely fulfilling.
My parents now live in Southern France, a town called Nizas near Montpellier.
I regularly spend time there and also commute to meet both English and French clients.
What is it I do?
I live and work as a freelance Graphic Designer. My university training has given me the professional and technical skills needed to produce effective and visually stunning design. My background in the retail business, as the manager of various Fat Face clothing stores, along with my experience working with a wide range of clients, has given me personal and corporate skills to back this up.
I work mainly from home and my studio is equipped with everything needed to design. This includes my Macintosh computer with all the latest hardware, software and broadband connection. I also have a collection of photographic equipment and can incorporate this into my design when needed.

I offer the full range of Graphic Design services you would find at a large studio, but at a fraction of the cost and with a truly personal touch.
